A compassionate, accepting, and scientific approach to
teaching children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
PAL provides ABA services and specialized tutoring services in Harford County and Cecil County, MD.
Services
We specialize in a variety of ABA techniques that have been scientifically proven beneficial for children with autism spectrum disorders. Using these methods we are able to assess current skills and teach new skills, as well as maintain and generalize newly acquired skills.
We collect ongoing data for all programming in order to regularly assess skill development and behavioral changes.

Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation Sarah Craley, MA, LBA, BCBA will meet with the person inquiring of services. If needed, an initial observation of the student may be included. The initial consultation allows parents, caregivers and teachers a chance to meet with Sarah and together decide if further assessments, training or interventions would be beneficial. Initial consultations are free. No reports, intervention plans or training are provided from this meeting.
Assessments
Using different tools we can assess a variety of skills in addition to any behavior problems that are concerning. A general assessment would include assessment of communication, social, emotional and academic skills as well as any problematic behaviors. We can also offer behavioral consultations including a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) with positive support plans.
Educational Services
We offer a range of ABA based educational services. All services are supervised by a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and provided by trained staff.
Depending on individual needs the program may include any or all of the following components:
-
