Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- have a love of children and youth, and a desire to support them in learning
- have a Master's level degree and certification in Behavior Analysis
- have or obtain licensure in Maryland as a Licensed Behavior
- maintain appropriate BCBA and LBA certifications
- be willing to be part of a team
- be able to follow through when given tasks and directions
- be willing to share ideas
- be familiar with compassionate ABA practices
- have a basic understanding of trauma-informed care
- be willing to work with parents to meet the needs of their child
- respect all people regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, etc
Speech Language Pathologist
- have a love of children and youth, and a desire to support them in learning
- have a Master's level degree and certification in Speech/Language Pathology
- be willing to be part of a team
- be able to follow through when given tasks and directions
- be willing to share ideas
- be familiar with compassionate ABA practices and/or willingness to learn
- have a basic understanding of trauma-informed care
- be informed about autism, apraxia, and
- be willing to work with parents to meet the needs of their child
- respect all people regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, etc
