Registered Behavior Technician 

  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format

  • Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan

  • Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans

  • Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client.

  • Collaborate with the client's family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.

  • Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines

  • Promptly report possible incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and their families

  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

Speech Language Pathologist

  • Must have a love of children and youth, and a desire to support them in learning

  • Must have a Master's level degree and certification in Speech/Language Pathology

  • Must be willing to be part of a team

  • Be able to follow through when given tasks and directions

  • Be willing to share ideas

  • Be familiar with compassionate ABA practices and/or willingness to learn

  • Must have a basic understanding of trauma-informed care

  • Be informed about autism

  • Be willing to work with parents to meet the needs of their child

  • Respect all people regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, etc
