Registered Behavior Technician
-
Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format
-
Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
-
Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans
-
Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.

Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client.

Collaborate with the client's family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.
-
Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines
-
Promptly report possible incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
-
Provide high-quality customer service to clients and their families
-
Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
Speech Language Pathologist

Must have a love of children and youth, and a desire to support them in learning

Must have a Master's level degree and certification in Speech/Language Pathology

Must be willing to be part of a team

Be able to follow through when given tasks and directions

Be willing to share ideas

Be familiar with compassionate ABA practices and/or willingness to learn

Must have a basic understanding of trauma-informed care

Be informed about autism
-
Be willing to work with parents to meet the needs of their child

Respect all people regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, etc
